A fast-growing independent hospitality brand is seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy across its portfolio of boutique, design-driven hotels. This role, based in Los Angeles , will focus on maximizing occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability through data-driven pricing and distribution strategies.

Title : Revenue Manager
Location : 5 days onsite in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood, CA
Salary : up to 100k in base DOE + benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies across multiple properties.
• Forecast demand, analyze booking pace, and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Manage distribution channels and optimize the business mix.
• Lead weekly revenue meetings and present performance insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align on goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hotel revenue management experience (multi-property preferred).
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Proven success in managing distribution and pricing strategies.
• Experience with boutique or luxury hotels a plus.
