Project Coordinator - Heavy Civil (Dallas, TX, Onsite)

We're seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator with 3+ years in heavy civil construction (strong preference for tunneling and roadway projects) to support our Dallas team. This role is 100% onsite and critical to keeping projects on track, on budget, and safe.

What You'll Do:

• Track invoices, purchase orders, subcontractor pay apps, and daily quantities.
• Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, and suppliers to ensure scope coverage, materials delivery, and accurate cost coding.
• Maintain project schedules, safety forms, RFIs, submittals, and change logs.
• Support the PM team with documentation, reporting, permits, and utility coordination.
• Observe field operations to gain hands-on understanding of construction processes.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years heavy civil experience; tunneling/roadway preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; quick to learn construction software.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, field-first environment.
