Tatco Construction is currently seeking candidates for the position of Project Coordinator. In your role as Project Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative tasks needed to maintain a project’s schedule and success. This includes maintaining documentation across the lifecycle of a project, creating and maintaining a project’s schedule, and facilitating communication across the project’s team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have the professional experience and personal initiative to drive our projects forward with the level of excellence that has made Tatco Construction what it is today.

You will need to be:

• Energized working in a fast paced environment that requires exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with a diverse team of professionals and tradespeople, focusing on collaboration to achieve the desired outcome of projects.
• Driven to demonstrate the level of excellence Tatco Construction is known for within our industry.
• Manage and supervise the administrative aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, expenses, and other relevant metrics to Project Managers and clients.
• Help ensure that all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are obtained and maintained throughout the project.
• Support in the collaboration with customers, architects, engineers, municipalities, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Assist in monitoring project expenses and tracking costs to ensure they align with the budget.
