JOB DESCRIPTION

A large government and commercial services contractor is searching for an Office Administrator to join their team in Colorado Spring, CO. This role will be onsite 5 days a week at Shriver Airforce Base. This position is expected to pay $28.85/hour - $36.06/hour; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

This candidate will be responsible for the following:

1) Corporate Office Management:

• Welcome and direct visitors and employees at the corporate office for the Missile Defense Division supporting the IRES Contract;
• Monitor and replace office equipment, materials and/or supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in office availability
• Manage facility budget and process invoices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations that support corporate and contract requirements
• Coordinate and manage office space for meetings, conferences, events, and VIP visits
• Receive and resolve office correspondence, complaints and queries
• Coordinate activities to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

2) Business Administration:

• Support EM departmental meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the department
• Coordinate travel for the IRES workforce
• Provide other administrative duties and business support as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have 2, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
• Must have 6 months, or more, of office administration experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Must have, or obtain within 90 days of start date, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Compensation and Benefits

$28.85/hour to $36.06/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
