Empowered Staffing is partnered with a nationwide drug rehab & detox organization that provides an innovative and progressive approach to substance abuse treatment. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking an Executive Director to lead its brand-new Fort Collins facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide complete executive leadership to the facility, overseeing daily operations, profitability, and employee morale.
• Address all staffing needs, including hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, and payroll.
• Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management.
• Oversee all aspects of the admissions and discharge process.
• Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency, and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments.
• Maintain professional relationships with all external business contacts.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the addiction treatment industry preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to problem solve and think critically.
• Honest, dignified, and respectable character that models recovery principles.
