Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support. This is an entry-level, remote role suited for individuals with strong organizational skills, good communication, and the ability to handle tasks independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
  • Handle emails, messages, and basic correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and virtual calls
  • Organize documents, files, and digital records
  • Conduct basic online research and prepare simple reports
  • Support personal and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth daily coordination

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

Nice to Have

  • Any prior assistant, admin, or coordination experience (internship or part-time)
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, etc.)
