We’re Hiring: ERP Business Analyst Developer (Epicor)

Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid (local candidates preferred)

We’re looking for an ERP Business Analyst Developer with Epicor expertise to join our team and play a key role in optimizing business processes through technology. This role combines the critical thinking of a Business Analyst with the technical skills of a Developer—perfect for someone who loves both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop within Epicor to meet operational and business goals.
• Perform ETL, data validation, and quality checks to support reporting and analytics.
• Lead testing, troubleshooting, and QA to ensure system reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system records .
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams , ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven Epicor ERP experience (required).
• Strong background in business analysis and software development .
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, Python, or Java , and experience with database systems.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, ScrumMaster) or project management experience.
