• Break News First : Spot trending and newsworthy stories that captivate audiences and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with Experts : Work closely with the visual desks to bring stories to life.
• Conduct Interviews : Dig deeper by connecting directly with sources.
• Stay Ahead of Trends : Use social media and analytics to maximize reach and influence.

Who You Are:

• A recent graduate with some newsroom experience or a more seasoned journalist ready to learn and grow.
• A writer who understands and can adapt to video storytelling.
• Proficient in WordPress and similar platforms, with a knack for working quickly and accurately on breaking news.
• Social media savvy, with an eye for what's trending and a talent for making it your own.
• Familiar with analytics tools and driven to use data to guide your storytelling.
• Legally allowed to work in the US.

Shifts & Schedule:

• Weekdays : 8 AM–5 PM, 9 AM–6 PM

This is an office-based role, so you will be expected to come to Midtown for each shift.
