Location: San Antonio, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in enhancing our organizational communications strategy, helping to promote our mission and engaging with our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing them to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content for social media platforms and website.
  • Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of events and outreach programs.
  • Coordinate internal communications, ensuring all team members are informed of important updates.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communications activities.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align messaging and branding efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or public relations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and website content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
