Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow? Our client in Haverhill, MA is expanding their team and has immediate openings on both 2nd shift! This is a clean, well-organized facility that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Bonus Incentives

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus - Paid after 90 days

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $30.00/hour+ (negotiable based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC machines using blueprints and detailed work instructions
• Select and install proper tooling, collets, and fixtures
• Monitor and adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling offsets during production
• Perform quality checks with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.
• Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members in production, quality, and engineering

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• Familiarity with machining aluminum and plastic parts
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills for logging data and documentation
• Team-player attitude in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix environment

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8+ hours
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
• Willingness to wear PPE (gloves, glasses, shoes, hearing protection)
• Comfortable working in a machine shop setting with noise and temperature variations
