ActioNet is seeking a Web Developer with a focus on SharePoint Online and ReactJS to support the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. This position will require a federal government background check. This is a REMOTE position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal and external-facing custom websites and web-based applications using ReactJS and other modern front-end JavaScript libraries. 
• Ensure all websites meet Federal 508 compliance standards, securely transmit personal identification information, and function across the most recent web browsers and devices. 
• Collaborate on the design and development of user interfaces, leveraging front-end JavaScript libraries (ReactJS, etc.) and ensuring seamless integration with O365. 
• Maintain existing Content Management Systems (CMS), including narrative content, site and page structure, and compliance with Section 508. 
• Proficient in SharePoint online classic and modern site development.
• Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Work on approximately 50% web development, focused on ReactJS, O365 integration, and front-end development, and 50% Content Management and SharePoint Online.

Skills Required:

• Experience in designing and implementing web pages and web-based applications. 
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically ReactJS, and experience with front-end libraries. 
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 integrations.
• Proficiency in administering and implementing technical solutions within SharePoint and O365.
• Proven experience developing advanced Power Apps and Power Automate flows for enterprise environments. 
• Skilled at building custom Workflows in Power Automate, responsive and intelligent apps using Power Apps, and ability to generate advanced reports and dashboards within Power BI.
• Familiarity with MS SQL, .NET, ASP.NET, and web development best practices. 
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in ReactJS, O365 integration, and front-end development. 
• Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure applications using ReactJS and JavaScript libraries. 
• Knowledge of NIST, FISMA, and Section 508 compliance. 
• Ability to provide tier-2 technical support.

Skills Preferred:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
• Experience working in government environments.
• ITIL foundation certification and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
