Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor and take charge of a high-performing team responsible for ensuring accurate, on-time shipments and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse team members in shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory control.
• Review shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, orders) to prioritize outbound shipments.
• Allocate labor and shift resources as needed, including cross-training team members.
• Ensure shipping equipment is maintained and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Monitor and manage packaging and shipping material inventory.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to meet tight deadlines.
• Develop work instructions and enforce compliance with company policies.
• Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

✅ Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to write clear work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and math skills.
• Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

💻 Technical Skills:

• Proficient with warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools daily.
