Position Summary Perform an array of functions involving the receipt, storage, movement, and consumption of materials in a pharmaceutical environment. Assists Warehouse Lead in reconciliation of inventory and assist others warehouse associates when needed.
Overall Job Responsibilities - Manage time and work load for shift operations
- Prepare shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Control and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting physical counts, determining root cause for discrepancies, and resolving/remedying discrepancies in inventory records such as SAP and Excel.
Education KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Minimum High school diploma, or equivalent
Experience 2+ years in Pharmaceuticals Warehouse and Distribution environment
Knowledge And Skill - Computer skills required (Word, Excel)
- SAP preferred
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Controlled substance experience preferred
- Temperature controlled aka Cold-Chain experience preferred
Other Requirements Forklift Certification
