United Valet Service a division of Stratton Amenities is seeking professional courteous and customer-focused Valet Parking Drivers to provide top-tier valet services. If you have excellent driving skills a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles ensuring the highest level of service and care.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with hotel guests staff and other team members.
• Provide clear directions and guidance to guests as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.
• Follow all safety protocols including proper vehicle handling and reporting any incidents immediately.
• Assist guests with luggage or other needs as requested.
• Uphold the hotels high standards of hospitality and service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in valet hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to stand walk and run for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
