This contractor role supports the Client's Jacksonville Training Center (Nelson Building) in operating and maintaining a bioskills lab used for ENT surgeon training and R&D/VOC sessions. The role is hands-on with cadaver tissue, equipment setup, and lab operations. Candidates will assist with lab readiness, safety compliance, specimen and instrument management, and support onsite courses and select offsite events. A background as a nurse, scrub tech, or medical education specialist is highly relevant.

1. Manage day-to-day Jacksonville lab operations, including tissue and equipment setup, inventory, and safety compliance.
2. Support and lead onsite surgeon courses, sales trainings, and R&D/VOC sessions in the lab.
3. Coordinate logistics tied to lab programs, including shipping/receiving of equipment, Cvent registration, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
