Job Description

Title Specialist

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay range: $15-17/HR, depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours weekly, in-office

LHH is looking for several Title Specialists for a growing Title company in Knoxville, TN ! The Title Specialist is responsible for processing titles, registrations, and related documents for external customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify vehicle title and registration documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Submit title applications to state and local agencies
  • Maintain accurate records of all title transactions
  • Communicate with customers, dealerships, and government agencies regarding title issues
  • Resolve title discrepancies and follow up on missing or incorrect paperwork
  • Prepare and mail title documents to customers or appropriate agencies
  • Stay up-to-date with state and federal title regulations and requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience as a Title Specialist or in Automotive administration is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficient with computers and office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
