Overview

A well-established organization with operations across the Southeast and Midwest is seeking a Systems Engineer to support and enhance its IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on role in a Windows-centric environment , managing enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and web/e-commerce technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS patching.
• Manage VMware virtualization and server provisioning.
• Support Windows 10/11 Pro clients and Office 365 applications.
• Administer SharePoint Online and Microsoft collaboration tools.
• Support SAP Business One ERP platform and integrations.
• Oversee VOIP systems, LAN/WAN networks, backups, and endpoint security .
• Use MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) for workstation imaging and deployment.
• Provide oversight for WordPress + WooCommerce platforms and Stripe payment integrations.
• Monitor systems, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with IT security standards.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator role.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016–2022), Active Directory, and VMware .
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, MDT, and WSUS .
• Familiarity with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.
• Exposure to web/e-commerce platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe) preferred.
• Networking experience with LAN/WAN, VOIP, DNS/DynDNS, VPN .
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 25%.
