Location: Southern California + Travel to New Markets

Signal Hill Builders is a rapidly growing commercial general contractor specializing in national retail, restaurant, and medical construction. We are expanding into new markets across the country while continuing to operate as a close-knit, communication-driven team. As we grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Communicate daily with project managers and office leadership
• Complete daily reports, oversee inspections, and drive projects to successful completion
• Represent Signal Hill Builders with professionalism and accountability in the field

• A self-starter who enjoys independence in the field but also values strong support from the office
• Experience in commercial construction—retail, restaurant, or medical preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel for out-of-state projects when needed
• Someone who enjoys being part of a growing company where your work truly matters
