About the Role

The Senior Treasury Analyst will oversee daily treasury operations and play a strategic role in forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis. You will be responsible for maintaining strong banking relationships, managing debt and investment activities, and ensuring the company’s liquidity position supports ongoing growth. Working closely with teams across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Operations, this role requires a balance of analytical skill, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and review of weekly and quarterly cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Manage daily liquidity and cash positioning, including funding transfers, wire preparation, and banking activity oversight.
  • Analyze and maintain schedules for debt, investments, and hedging; assist in covenant compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and enhance treasury reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor liquidity, leverage, and bank relationships.
  • Track and evaluate bank service fees, identifying efficiency opportunities and cost optimization strategies.
  • Support policy development, process improvements, and treasury technology or automation initiatives.
  • Prepare financial analyses and presentations for internal leadership, lenders, and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance to support audits, compliance reviews, and strategic capital planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of treasury, finance, or corporate cash management experience .
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, VBA, and financial modeling) required.
  • Strong cash flow forecasting and analytical skills (approximately 30–40% of responsibilities).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
