Job Description

Role Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Supervisor located in Daytona Beach, FL. The role has the potential for a fluctuating schedule and geographical location, not to exceed 100 miles. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing health and safety protocols, providing safety training, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Daily tasks include inspecting work sites, implementing safety programs, and collaborating with other departments to enhance safety standards across all operations.

Responsibilities

· Manage safety programs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

· Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all active jobs.

· Support incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions.

· Facilitate safety training and orientation for all employees and new hires.

· Work with the safety and operations team to proactively identify safety risks and mitigate hazards.

· Maintain documentation and reporting related to safety.

· Lead safety meetings with field employees to address concerns, share updates, and reinforce safe work practices.

Qualifications

· Entry level to three years of industry experience.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft. digital safety platforms, mobile apps, and incident tracking tools.

· Working knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements

· CHST (preferred)

· OSHA 30/510 (Highly preferred)

· Bachelors in Occupational Safety and Health (preferred)

· First Aid/CPR certified (preferred)

· Valid and clean driving history.

· Fit-for-duty physical & drug screen.
