Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Day Shift
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and team members to ensure coordinated, safe, and effective patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with policies and standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when floating across different departments and patient populations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold patient safety goals.
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor to new nurses, promoting a positive and professional practice environment.
• Participate in professional development, shared governance, and ongoing competency assessments.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of recent direct patient care experience (Required)
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or a Multi-State Compact license
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (Required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required or provisional)
• National Specialty Certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-paced or emergency situations
• Commitment to patient advocacy, cultural sensitivity, and service excellence
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with clinical technology and electronic medical records
