The Revenue Manager is accountable for maximizing revenue across all properties within the organization. This role requires strategic oversight of pricing, inventory, and distribution channels, with a focus on driving profitability while maintaining a competitive market position. The Revenue Manager ensures that revenue strategies are consistently applied across the portfolio, providing guidance to property-level teams, and aligning initiatives with corporate objectives.

Revenue Strategy Development: Formulate and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR) across all properties.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets, adjusting strategies based on market trends and historical data.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, demand patterns, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
Inventory Management: Oversee room inventory allocation and restrictions to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Distribution Channel Management: Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution partners to ensure optimal visibility and profitability.
Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR to senior management.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align promotional strategies with revenue goals.
Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to property-level revenue managers to ensure consistent application of revenue strategies.
Technology Utilization: Leverage revenue management systems and analytics tools to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all revenue management practices comply with company policies and industry best practices.
As the Revenue Manager, you are responsible for upholding the company’s values and Just Cause while driving strategic revenue performance across the portfolio. This role requires a commitment of 40+ hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs and travel requirements. Maintaining a strong work ethic, proactive engagement, and a leadership presence that inspires confidence and drives results is essential. You are expected to set and enforce revenue goals, support company-wide revenue initiatives, and ensure consistency, professionalism, and excellence in all property-level and corporate revenue management activities.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in revenue management within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a corporate or multi-property role.
Proficiency with revenue management systems, such as IDeaS, Hummingbird, Windsurfer CRS, TripleSeat & ProfitSword preferred.
Experience with OTA Extranets & OTA Insights preferred.
Proven track record in revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and forecasting across multiple properties or brands.
Experience analyzing market demand, competitor performance, and distribution channels to make data-driven decisions.
Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
