Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Trauma Unit . This is a Full Time – Days Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Augusta, GA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Advocate for patients and support a positive care environment
  • Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
  • Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional nursing standards
  • Support professional development of peers and team members
  • Engage in shared governance activities and councils
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills; Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
  • Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
  • Effective communication and care coordination skills
  • Knowledge of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team
  • Commitment to professional competence and continuous learning
  • Participation in shared governance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
  • Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
  • BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
  • Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
  • Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
  • Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
  • Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
