The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading and supporting investigations and projects to address root causes of nonconformances.
Participating in rebranding activities at the plant.
Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Being a critical team member in service execution.
Working with supplier quality and vendors to ensure conforming input material is delivered to the manufacturing lines.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience within a quality manufacturing environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
Root cause investigation and CAPA experience.
Team and/or project leadership experience.
Skills including organization, resilience, collaboration, and curiosity.
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic travel
