Job Description

Make an Impact. Grow Your Career. Bring Your Whole Self.

Looking for a role where you’re trusted, supported, and genuinely excited to come to work each day? Radiant Health is seeking a General Psychiatrist to join our growing team — where you’ll help shape the future of behavioral health care for a diverse community that truly needs you.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Bread-and-butter Psychiatry — and then some: See mostly children and teens while maintaining a smaller panel of adult patients for added variety.
  • Diverse caseload: You won’t be bored here — you’ll encounter a wide range of psychiatric needs and diagnoses.
  • Flexible weekday schedule: Monday through Friday, with limited call coverage (and extra pay when you do).
  • Support to thrive: Dedicated PMHNP support, an AI scribe to ease documentation, and collaborative teams that include therapists, social workers, and primary care partners. Plus, you'll have support to bring in advanced modalities like TMS if that interests you.
  • Room to grow: We’re a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in expansion mode — with leadership roles available as we grow.
  • Teaching & impact: Mentor medical and nursing students, shape the next generation, and help build programs that make a real difference.
  • Practical perks: Malpractice coverage, generous PTO, and a people-first culture that prioritizes you — so you can focus on what you do best.
  • Community on the rise: Live in a welcoming small city with easy access to Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, known for its friendly vibe, economic revitalization, and affordable living.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide a wide range of Psychiatric treatment to a diverse population including LGBTQ+ and sex offenders
  • Provide evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and consultation.
  • Collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health teams.
  • Participate in crisis intervention, clinical supervision, and ongoing education.
  • Offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation (our AI scribe will help with that!).
  • Join our on-call rotation with fair compensation.

Who You Are:

  • MD or DO—board certification (or eligibility) in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred.
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Indiana.
  • Committed to compassionate, evidence-based care.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting.
  • Interested in mentoring and leadership as we grow.

A Fresh Start, If You Need One:

We believe great clinicians can come from many paths — we’re open to psychiatrists who may be rebuilding or looking for a supportive place to continue their practice after facing professional hurdles, as long as patient care and integrity are at the heart of your work.

Ready to help people heal — and do the best work of your career?

Let’s talk. Apply today and see how Radiant Health can support your next chapter. To inquire confidentially, contact:
