JOB DESCRIPTION
This Project Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and processing backlog work orders to ensure everything is accurate and up to date. They'll use Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress, communicate with internal teams when needed, and keep records organized.
In simple terms, they'll be cleaning up and managing work orders , making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and keeping things running smoothly by coordinating with the right people. While they’ll work independently most of the time, they’ll also check in with teammates and stakeholders when necessary.
