Environmental Remedies, Inc. (ERI) is a fully licensed and certified abatement firm dedicated to the safe and legal removal and disposal of hazardous building materials. Since 2004, our family-owned company has successfully completed thousands of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement projects for homeowners, contractors, insurance providers, and government agencies. With offices in Hayward, El Cajon, Riverside and Los Angeles, ERI serves clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego County, the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager/Estimator located in the Bay Area. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for expediting and managing projects, conducting inspections, and overseeing logistics management. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves project planning, cost estimation, scheduling, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing overall project oversight from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site job walks; gather and record detailed measurements and job scope data
  • Accurately document site conditions, potential issues, and project variables
  • Interface with property owners and referral partners to set clear expectations and explain the abatement process
  • Upload photos and complete scope of work documentation in Salesforce for Estimator review
  • Coordinate scheduling of abatement projects; communicate scheduling details to all stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, follow through to completion, and provide regular updates to relevant parties
  • Support compliance with ERI’s safety and regulatory standards at all times
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and administrative teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for each project

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, environmental services, or related field
  • Project Management experience
  • Inspection skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the abatement or environmental services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Compensation

The range for this position is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 including bonus and incentives.
