About the Role:

Dashing Diva is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Development Coordinator to join our team. The product coordinator is an entry-level position for recent graduates or early career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in both product development and operations. In this role, you will be managing project timelines, assisting with presentations, organizing sample inventories, and supporting day-to-day team operations.

This role provides exposure across entire product lifecycle while offering opportunities to build career pathway into Product Specialist position. The Product Coordinator will thrive in an environment where adaptability, ownership, and organizational excellence are essential to success.

What You Will Do:

Product Development Support (40%)

• Track project timelines and update trackers to meet deadlines in timely manner
• Create, modify, track Bills of Materials (BOMs) changes
• Support creation of visual boards and product review presentations
• Request and distribute samples for marketing, creative, PR, and consumer testing
• Audit creative assets to ensure details are captured accurately

Industry Research & Analysis (20%)

• Identify market trends to research design and color trends on a monthly, seasonal, and yearly basis.
• Assist in sourcing samples for product development and design teams across overseas

Operational Support (40%)

• Take detailed meeting notes, distill action items, and circulate recaps to partners
• Manage sample room: labeling, tracking, and organizing income samples
• Oversee logistics for sample shipments, PR kits, and consumer study panels
• Support off-site work arrangements for team members
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies to support day-to-day team needs
• Coordinate schedules for team and cross functional meetings
• Assist in creating process decks, trackers, and SOPs to strengthen team workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or projects in beauty/consumer goods a plus).
• Must be highly organized with strong accountability and note-taking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail for BOM tracking, sample management, and creative review.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with willingness to learn project tools (Adobe).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to follow up with stakeholders and keep projects on track.
• Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a smaller, fast-moving company.
• Passion for the beauty industry and curiosity about global and Western beauty trends.
• Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred.

What You Will Learn in the First 6 Months

• Gain exposure to all phases of the product development lifecycle and operational execution.
• Learn how to source and track competitive product samples for benchmarking.
• Build skills in accountability tracking, BOM documentation, and presentation preparation.
• Develop an understanding of how operations support product launches.

What You Will Achieve in 12 Months

• Independently manage sample sourcing, project tracking, and process documentation.
• Establish reliable, scalable workflows for BOM tracking, supply management, and meeting scheduling.
• Serve as the go-to resource for organizational excellence in the Product Development team.
