Your Role: As our Preventive Facilities Technician, you ensure our facility's continued operation through dedicated preventive measures and upkeep tasks. Embrace a pivotal role that balances independence and teamwork within our maintenance crew.

Working Routine:
Shift Pattern: 2-2-3
Work Hours: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Located in bustling Pensacola, Florida, this position requires onsite dedication and expertise as part of the Maintenance Department under the oversight of the Facilities Manager.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure facility integrity through various tasks like painting and performing mechanical replacements or minor construction duties.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as lubrication and parts replacement on essential machinery.
• Maintain building exteriors through rust management and general cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED with extensive experience in building/facility maintenance.
• Strong competency using typical tools of the trade.
• Knowledge in handling industrial cleaning solutions.

Physical Demands:

• Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 40lbs often.
• Requires sustained physical activity, including standing and reaching.

Bonus Skills:

• Experienced with high lifts.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools for more precise tasks.
