About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun and professional part-time retail associate to help administer our Ranson, WV music school,  Ellsworth Music Supply and Repair . This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. Preference will be given for availability to work weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays. 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting incoming students 
• Answering calls & emails
• Coordinating rental inquiries
• Overseeing instrument sales
• General customer assistance

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education, with a background in admin, scheduling, or retail, would be an asset.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job. Health benefit packages are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble.
