About The Role

We are seeking a skilled, driven Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) or Certified Orthotist (CO) to join our dynamic team in Berkley, MI. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, fit, and fabricate custom orthotic devices, including scoliosis bracing, cranial helmets, and pediatric orthoses.
• Provide comprehensive patient care for both custom and prefabricated orthotic solutions.
• Manage and build relationships with referring physicians and clinical partners to grow patient referrals and business presence.
• Deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient population, with a strong focus on pediatrics.
• Oversee follow-ups and adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay current on new technologies and techniques in orthotics and prosthetics.

Qualifications

• ABC Certified Orthotist (CO) or Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with expertise in scoliosis, cranial, and pediatric orthotic care.
• Strong background in general orthotic care, including custom and prefabricated solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to actively manage referrals and grow business in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
