QMI, a leading commercial flooring and countertop company, is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team in the Charlotte market. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a Vice President and become a key driver of our operational efficiency.

This role is for an ambitious, curious, and dedicated individual ready to take ownership of our IT and software platforms. While some foundational knowledge is required, we are committed to providing training for a self-motivated and quick-learning candidate.

• Software Management: Serve as a subject matter expert for our core platforms. This includes becoming proficient in Procore and BambooHR , managing user accounts, and providing internal support.
• Microsoft 365 Champion: Act as the internal expert for our Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams , SharePoint , Planner , and the fundamental Microsoft Office Suite.
• Operational Support: Work directly with the VP to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that enhance company-wide productivity.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, bringing solutions to the table rather than simply reporting problems.
