Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Emergency

Join Seasoned Recruitment as an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care. We're seeking a compassionate professional to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced, supportive environment during Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Your Role:

In this role, you will be integral to the healthcare team, focusing on the diagnosis and management of work-related injuries, illness, and ensuring the well-being of employees. You will conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, provide treatment plans, and deliver preventative care, all while promoting a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs.
• Administer appropriate treatment to acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans.
• Provide education on health maintenance and prevention strategies.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts.
• Certification from ANCC or equivalent board for Nurse Practitioners.
• Valid DEA Registration for prescription authority.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification required.
• At least three years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Preferred experience in Occupational Health. Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency settings is highly attractive.
• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
