Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Texas, United States, for a Nurse Manager specializing in Neonatal ICU. The Nurse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Neonatal ICU, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, coordinating care delivery, implementing best practices in critical care medicine, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages professional growth among team members and excellence in patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Nursing Management, including team leadership and staff supervision.
Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine, with a focus on neonatal care and treatment.
In-depth knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and best practices in Neonatal Intensive Care Units.
Exceptional skills in Patient Care, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes and safety.
Proven ability to effectively manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Valid and active RN license in the state of Texas.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a Neonatal ICU setting is highly desirable.
