LaSalle Network is hiring a Notary Public to support one of our clients in the financial services industry. This role is based onsite in downtown Chicago and offers an excellent opportunity to apply your notary expertise in a professional, fast-paced environment. Notary Public Responsibilities:
Review and notarize documents, primarily affidavits
Verify account details, balances, and customer information to ensure legal accuracy
Organize, store, and distribute legal documents in compliance with company and security standards
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth communication
Notary Public Requirements:
Active Notary Public certification in Illinois
At least 1 year of experience handling legal documents
Strong document review skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
