Material Handler – This position is located in Green Bay, WI, and must be available to work on-site.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our Materials Team. This role supports both inventory and shipping/receiving areas, with cross-training in both. Responsibilities include fulfilling orders, maintaining inventory, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and moving materials between departments.
Shipping/Receiving:
Perform shipping and receiving duties using proper documentation
Ensure timely and accurate processing of components and outgoing shipments
Address order changes, cancellations, and returns, and manage associated fees
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment
Coordinate material movement
Inventory/Stockroom:
Accurately pick and issue components for internal and external orders
Maintain and monitor stock levels and supplies
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and tracking
Support training and problem-solving in shipping/receiving/stock operations
Utilize ERP and automated systems for material handling tasks
1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory in a manufacturing environment preferred
Forklift/high-lift training preferred
Ability to lift/move materials and work in a physically active role
