The Master Scheduling Manager will manage and direct all activities and efforts of the Master Scheduling team, supporting all departments at TCOM and managing the Planning and Estimating team for Operations. The Master Scheduling Manager will also be responsible for developing and improving standard processes and training a team of people to efficiently and effectively perform all department activities. Must be able to travel one week per month to other TCOM locations.
Working Procedure:

Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings — Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others — Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, or its recognized equivalent. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of eight years of experience directly developing and maintaining master plans and schedules, with three years as a manager or supervisor. Experience must be in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the military aerospace area. Solid understanding of Master Scheduling methodologies: developing and monitoring schedules, resource planning, maintaining KPIs, and using data to create estimates. In-depth knowledge and experience in strategic planning, production forecasting, resource loading, estimating, budgeting, and the utilization of enterprise-level planning and scheduling software, including ERP and MRP systems. Must be effective at leading teams and communicating effectively and collaboratively with all departments within TCOM.
