As a Manufacturing Engineer , you will be part of a structured development program designed to cultivate future leaders for our U.S.-based precision manufacturing operations. Through rotational assignments in mechanical processing, injection molding, stamping, quality assurance, and production engineering, you will gain hands-on experience and develop cross-functional capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-site training across key production units (CNC, injection molding, stamping, etc.).
• Assist with process optimization, production planning, and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and supervisors on efficiency, quality, and automation projects.
• Analyze production data and contribute to continuous improvement activities (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Prepare reports, SOPs, and present findings to plant leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in shop-floor and production environments.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Career Path:
