Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm that is looking to add an experienced Employment Paralegal to its growing team. This is a Hybrid opportunity for a driven professional with strong labor and employment litigation experience.

Position: Plaintiff Employment Paralegal

Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)

Candidates must be based in California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive paralegal support in plaintiff-side employment litigation matters
  • Assist with case management from intake through trial or settlement
  • Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
  • Manage deadlines, filings, and document production
  • Support attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and mediations

Required Experience:

  • Must have 3+ years of experience as an Employment Paralegal (plaintiff side strongly preferred)
  • Strong background in Labor & Employment law , including: Wage & Hour matters, Class Actions, Wrongful Termination, Retaliation, Whistleblower claims, PAGA cases.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position can be between $80,000- $120,000 base annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
