Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Kit Assembler in Germantown, MD , USA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling microbiome collection boxes, placing the correct components into each box, and ensuring that all packaging meets quality and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes according to specifications.
• Accurately place required components (tubes, pipettes, gloves, swabs, and other materials) into each box.
• Verify that all items are included and properly arranged.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Meet daily production and quality goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse work is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
