Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Specialist to join our U.S. team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The HR Specialist will also collaborate closely with both our U.S. team and the headquarters in Taiwan to support business growth and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs in coordination with external providers.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide HR data reporting and analysis to management.
  • Assist in HR-related projects and organizational development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience; prior experience in manufacturing or multinational companies is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws.
  • Experience with HRIS / Payroll systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with headquarters in Taiwan).
