Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hogan IDS Developer to support and enhance deposit systems within a Hogan core banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Hogan Integrated Deposit System (IDS) in a banking or financial services setting, contributing to development, customization, integration, and production support of deposit-related applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support applications within the Hogan IDS (Integrated Deposit System) module
• Configure and customize Hogan IDS components related to:
• Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA)
• Savings and Time Deposits (TDA/CD)
• Account maintenance, interest, fees, and posting
• Develop and maintain Hogan programs using COBOL, JCL, and Hogan-specific utilities
• Perform batch and online processing for deposit systems
• Work closely with business users, core banking teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support system integrations between Hogan IDS and downstream/upstream systems (GL, payments, reporting, digital banking, AML, etc.)
• Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
• Participate in system upgrades, conversions, and regulatory-driven changes
• Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, and audit requirements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hogan Core Banking, specifically Hogan IDS
• Strong understanding of deposit banking products and workflows
• Experience working in a Hogan-based bank or financial institution
