Job Responsibilities:

• Service and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, following manufacturer specifications and company requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.
• Maintain company vehicles by stocking necessary parts, returning unused items, and ordering restocks as needed.

Qualifications:

• MA Burner License and relevant HVAC certifications required.
• Experience with installations (oil, gas, and A/C) preferred.
• Clean driving record and good people skills essential.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Sheet metal knowledge a plus.
