Position Overview:

We are seeking a Healthcare Claim Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic start-up Revenue Cycle Management Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling appeals of hospital claims and a solid understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Analysis of denied and underpaid hospital claims.

• Researching outstanding claims balances using online client and payor portals.

• Drafting and preparing of appeals to advocate for appropriate reimbursement from payors.

• Organizing, managing, and maintaining documents received from clients, insurance organizations and third-party administrators.

• Accurately and timely documenting all claims progress, status updates, and resolution activities in our proprietary claims platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills, with advanced to intermediate Excel skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Possess a sense of ownership and personal accountability.

• Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.

• Willing to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations impacting claims reimbursement, such as the No Surprises Act, is a plus.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Salesforce, or Allscripts is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience
