EHS/Fleet Safety Manager

We’re a growing distribution company seeking an experienced Safety Manager (EHS) to take full ownership of safety across our organization, with emphasis on fleet and warehouse operations.

The Role

• Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs company-wide
• Develop and standardize safety protocols across multiple distribution sites
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, and regulatory compliance
• Drive a safety-first culture through leadership, training, and employee engagement
• Conduct investigations, risk assessments, and implement continuous improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven EHS leadership in distribution, logistics, or transportation
• Experience managing safety across regional or multi-site operations
• Strong knowledge of fleet and warehouse safety practices
• Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
• Safety certifications (CSP, CHMM, etc.) a plus
