Filler/Packer – 2nd Shift

Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Overtime: Available on Saturdays

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Filler/Packers on the 2nd shift. This role is essential in ensuring our products are filled, packed, and prepared for shipment with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate filling and packing machinery in a high-speed production setting
• Accurately fill containers with product, ensuring correct measurements and quality compliance
• Package and label finished products according to company guidelines
• Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and production areas
• Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Assist with inventory control and restocking tasks as needed
• Work overtime on Saturdays as required

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
