Our client is looking for a highly organized and motivated Document Controller to work in a hybrid work environment in the Snoqualmie, Washington area. This person will be supporting utility generation projects. Duties include: performing OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to convert scanned images to searchable text, renaming photo folders for searchability, adding metadata fields for each file, and archiving ~10,000 documents by year-end with the potential for more. This person will be looking at paper engineering documents, extracting the data, and putting it into OpenText. This information will allow the client to access the appropriate data when needed moving forward. This person should be very detail oriented and have strong data entry skills. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and perform. Must be comfortable tracking hours worked associated with multiple work order numbers daily.
