Job Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of community operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state, health and safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture for residents, families, and team members.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring the highest level of personalized care.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and staff development.

• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (as required by state regulations). Must be a LALA or be willing to enroll in the LALA program.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of Leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare management.
• Social Worker, RN, LPN or healthcare administration degree
• Strong knowledge of senior care regulations, resident rights, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A heart for serving older adults and a drive to lead with integrity and compassion.
