Job Description
An employer is looking for a highly skilled Estimator 1 to join one of our largest national general contractor clients for a hybrid direct hire opportunity. This team typically goes on site 4x/week at their Bellevue, WA location and works from home 1x/week, therefore you must live within a commutable distance from the Bellevue location and be comfortable going on site at least 4 days per week.
In this role you'll support this team's multifamily and industrial warehouse construction projects. Prior experience working as an estimator, or a project engineer within the multifamily or industrial space will help you be successful on this team. This team does not use excel, they use a cost database system, specifically Destini Estimator, therefore any prior experience with a cost database system will help you stand out.
