Starting Pay $13/hr +Tips, Incentive Pay

Part Time Job evening and weekends Must. This is a great second job or anyone looking looking for something fun for extra income.

Looking to fill combination of the following schedules:

• Thursday 430p-1130p, Saturday 2p-930p, Sunday 12p-630p
• Friday 430p-1130p, Saturday 3p-1130p, Sunday 2p-830p
• Friday 430p-1130p, Saturday 1p-8p, Sunday 2p-830p

Role Overview:

As a Game Master and Escape Room Actor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding escape room adventures to our visitors. You'll guide groups through our intricately designed rooms, set the stage for their adventure, and ensure they have an immersive and unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Engaging Hosting: Welcome participants with enthusiasm, set the tone for their experience, and provide an engaging introduction to the escape room challenge.
2. Storytelling: Convey the narrative and background story to immerse players in the scenario, creating an atmosphere of mystery and excitement.
3. Rules and Briefing: Clearly explain the rules, objectives, and any necessary instructions to participants, ensuring everyone understands the gameplay.
4. Monitoring: Observe participants during their escape room experience via CCTV, providing subtle hints and guidance when needed to enhance their enjoyment.
5. Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience for all visitors.
6. Adaptability: Be flexible and quick-thinking, adapting your approach to accommodate different groups' dynamics and preferences.
7. Character Performance: Act in accordance with the storyline, portraying characters or scenarios as required to enhance the immersive experience.
8. Problem Solving: Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring that the escape rooms operate smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong improvisational and acting abilities.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Quick thinking and adaptability to different situations.
• Ability to remain composed and calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in acting, theater, customer service, or entertainment is a plus.
